Saturday April 18th, 2009 Noon-6pm
We will be playing lasertag in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park at the secluded "Heroes Grove", a 2 acre redwood grove just north of the DeYoung Museum, east of the Rose Garden. (See map)
We will be playing Capture-the-flag using rented outdoor lasertag equipment from Spec ops live play in Oakdale CA. Our private games will take place in the beautiful and secluded redwood grove. Each team of 6 players will play against every other team in 15 minute games during this 6 hour event. Teams will play one 15 minute game, followed by a 40 minute party break. Each Team will play at least 4 games, probably more.
Between games we will enjoy a pot-luck picnic and party with other poly and poly-friendly people. There will be music and fun times. I'll be making my famous Kentucky Fried Tofu & Vegan Potato Salad. Fresh Lemonade and water will be provided. The rest of the food will be Potluck.
$25 per player to cover the lasertag and radio equipment rental
costs. Please register early. Space is very limited in this event and
we are expecting to sell out. There are a few volunteer opportunities
in exchange for free games. You may register alone or in groups of up
to 6 people, if you want to play on the same team. This is a
